The Who, What, Where, When & Why of my fitness regime
One question I get more often than any other is: How do I stay in shape? (Or, more specifically, how do I eat so many cupcakes and stay in shape?)
These suggestions, tips, and exercises will be pulled from those I have completed over the course of the week. They will vary in intensity, duration, and style. Sometimes my posts will come to you from home, and other times they will be posted from the road.
One thing’s for sure though~ they are all routines that I have tried and tested myself.
So hopefully, the next time you find yourself wondering “How’d she do that?” You will find the answer right here 😉
For those of you feeling a little less advanced, consider knocking off a rep for each round you complete. So… begin with 10 reps of 10 exercises, then 9 of 9, 8 of 8, and so on…
Nutrition note: I like to have a coffee & half a protein bar, 1.5 hrs before a work out like this. Eating any closer to go-time is not an option, but working out on an empty stomach isn’t recommended either 😉
Remember: These work-outs are not for everyone, and do not take the place of a personal trainer! They are meant to inspire, and motivate. And hey, if you enjoy what you see in the meantime, than even better!
