Strength comes in all shapes and sizes.  Today I worked out with one of the strongest chicks I know – The cute as a button, and fiercely talented Vesta Suicide.  A self described “Jackass of all trades”, her interests include:


Vesta really is all of the things I look for in a friend and peer.  Intelligent, alluring, amusing, outgoing, and incredibly fit!  Let’s just say, she is a pleasure to work AND play with 😉
Last time around we took on the Brazillian Butt Lift, in the elevator lobby of the Strathcona hotel.  
This time we took full advantage of the gym at The Bond Place Hotel, during the Toronto stop of the Rockstar Roadtrip.
There were a few pieces of cardio equipment, some dumbbells, a bench, and a small universal gym, but since there were two of us, we decided to complete a Cross Fit style work out, using the open floor space.
Get up, Get down Work Out
5 rounds for time:
20 tricep dips
30 push ups
40 sit ups*
50 squats*

*We switched up the abs & squats, doing a different exercise in each round:
Abs: 1) crunches 2) lower abs 3) roll ups 4) left oblique 5) right oblique
Squats: 1) sumo squat 2) classic squat 3) jump squat 4) left pistol squat 5) right pistol squat

Tricep Dips
Push ups
Sit ups
Afterwards we talked food, life, and plans for world domination… so you’re gonna wanna stay tuned for what we came up with  😉
