Social Media Take Over

This week’s work out is underway… right now!
I’m takin on “The Sumo Step Up & Push Up Countdown”

Workout Breakdown: 
Begin with 15 reps of each exercise, with a 1 minute break between each set.
The next set will contain 14 reps of each, then 13 and so on, until you are done.

By the end of the work out, you will have completed 120 sumo squats with step on, on each side AND 120 push ups.
