Radeo’s Superhero Work-Out


I spend a lot of time on the road.  Fortunately hotels are one of my favourite things, so staying in them is never a problem.  As previously mentioned, I often take advantage of their on-site fitness centres, and enjoy the change of scenery, and new machines that they provide.  But what about the hotels that don’t have gyms, or *gasp*  the days I am too lazy to go?!?  When this happens, it’s time to get creative.

Last week I attended Comic-con International with SuicideGirls.  My roomie for the week, was the one and only Radeo 

For those of you who don’t know… Radeo is a super babe, and one of the most popular  SuicideGirls on the planet!  Her face, tattoos and yes, her body, have made her one of the most recognizable alternative models on the scene today.  


No stranger to hotels herself, Radeo has come up with her very own in-room, superhero-worthy routine, which she was kind enough to share with me.   

Inspired by one of the Les Mills programs, the following routine is designed to target your entire body, uses no equipment, and needs minimal space.  

Complete the entire circuit 3 times through for maximum super powers.
