When Steve Prue comes to town and asks if you want to work out while he films… you say YES! Not only do I like to apply that to shooting opportunities, I choose to apply the “Yes” mentality to fitness too.
It’s easy to get bogged down with reasons why you can’t do something. But for all the reasons and rationalizing, how much less time does it take to simply say “yes!”?
Warming up, cooling down, and taking care of your body should be just as much a part of your fitness journey as the sweating, grunting, and running. The length and type of work out isn’t always what’s most important. It’s the doing of the thing that matters!
