With the popularity and prevalence of tight, shiny leggings lately, I thought it would be fun to post a work out to get your legs and glutes lycra ready.
 
Here’s a quick routine by Women’s Health Magazine designed to target your lower body: Legs and Butt Work Out – Blast Your Lower Half
 
1. Side Leg Raise
2. Clamshell
3. Hip Raise
4. Mountain Climber
After that, if you’ve got it… why not flaunt it? 😉
