Anytime.  Anywhere.

People often assume that it takes all kind of equipment, time, and focus to get fit.  While those things are no doubt helpful, they are not the only way to reach your health and wellness goals.  

This week’s post is my way of showing you that there’s more to fitness than resources, personal trainers, and fancy programs.  Fitness should be fun!  Get silly.  Get dirty.  Get busy.

This video was inspired by a photo my brother posted on his Instagram, back in June.  What I liked about it most, was the title.  “Anytime.  Anywhere.”

10 Push ups
15 Squats
10 times
On this day in particular, he had taken his daughter to the beach, and squeezed in a quick work out on the lifeguard stand.  What’s better than that?  Family time, beach time, work out time.  BAM!  This is a lifestyle!
