With all the news about Kim Kardashian this week – I decided to dedicate this week’s post to her (and my) most talked about asset.

Build a Better Booty Work Out

1. Pistol Squats – 10 per side

*If you have trouble getting all the way down and up on your own, use a chair or stool as your end point, and push off from there.  You can also try slightly turning in the leg you’re standing on.  (Thanks Nathan for the tip!)

2. Dive Bomber Push Ups – 10 reps

3. Walking Lunges – 20 reps*

*I can easily fit in 10 lunges across the living room/kitchen, but if you’re short on space consider going back and forth with fewer, or opt for alternating lunges in place.

4. Sumo Squats – 20 reps

Here’s a sexy lil reminder of what they should look like 😉

Cycle through all of the exercises as quickly as possible, in circuit fashion.  Do the entire routine 3-5 times through, with a minute rest between circuits.
