After a 4 week break from the gym, and almost all forms of activity – rigorous, or otherwise I’m back in action!

Change is a frightening thing.
People sometimes ask me how I stay focused, or what it is I do to succeed. These are funny questions to me, because I’m usually so focused on where I’m going, I don’t realize where I am.
If someone had told me 5 years ago I’d be part of an amazing community of artists, models & muses, feel inspired every day, and make amazing friends in the process, I would have politely, but firmly called “bullshit”.
